The health and fitness expo is open to the public with lots of great shopping, interactive zones, swag and so much more.

Details for picking up your bib:

• All runners must pick up their packets at the Expo either Friday or Saturday. There is no race day packet pickup.
• You must present photo ID when picking up your packet.
• Runners may pick up other runners packets with a copy of photo ID.

Getting to the Start

There is no parking available at the start area. If you’re coming into the city by car, it is recommended you park your car near the finish area at the Stadium Complex at Broad and Pattison and take the Broad Street Line to the start. Runners can park for free at the Stadium Complex.

To get to the start area, runners can ride SEPTA’s Broad Street Line for free. All runners can ride SEPTA’s Broad Street subway line for free by displaying your official race number to the cashier at any Broad Street Line stop. You must be wearing the number on the front of your shirt. Find more info here.

Gear Check

You will receive a clear plastic bag at packet pick up that must be used on race day.  All items must be visible through the bag.  No back packs are permitted in the start area and will not be accepted at gear check.  Find more info on gear check here.

Start Area

The Broad Street Run starting line is at Broad Street and W. Fisher Avenue. The race warm-up area is at the Central High School Athletic Field, located at Broad Street and Somerville Avenue, approximately one mile north of Route 1 and the North Broad Street Interchange. Portable toilets are located throughout the field for your convenience. A pre-race stretch will held roughly one hour before the start of the race. Find more info on the starting line here.

Finish Line

The race ends approximately one-quarter mile inside the main gate of the Philadelphia Navy Yard, at the southern end of Broad Street.

Shuttle buses will be provided to and from the parking areas to the Philadelphia Navy Yard. Look for the yellow school buses to save you the walk to and from the parking areas.
