You may have read that the Philly Beer Fit Brew Mile was canceled. However that doesn’t mean you can’t still fulfill your urge to run a mile while drinking four beers. Thanks to the folks over at Levante Brewing you have another chance at completing a beer mile!

On Sunday, October 30th you can join Levante Brewing in West Chester for their Craft Beer Mile. The race will start at 11:30 AM.

Runners will begin by drinking 1 – 12oz local craft beer and running a ¼ mile loop around the brewery grounds. Repeat the process three more times to complete the full mile. Four beers and four quarter miles as fast as you can. Runners should bring a valid ID, registration confirmation and money for the post-race party food trucks and beer.

The event will be professionally timed by the Chester County Running Store and will utilize MyLaps Bibtag timing for fast, accurate results. Runners will receive email notifications upon completion to check out their race time, pictures, and rankings with the ability to share everything on social media.
