You may know Back on My Feet as the great organization that not only does good in the running community, but also hosts some pretty great races themselves. If you plan to run the Philadelphia Marathon weekend they are offering you a chance to train for the half or full for FREE!
Every Saturday from now until mid November you can join them for a training run. For the half marathon distance the runs start at 5 miles and work their way to 12 miles. If you are training for the full marathon the training runs will work their way up to 20 miles. Each Saturday run begins at 8:00 AM at Dilworth Park.
