Next weekend Body Cycle Studio are taking their bikes down to the beach at Margate, NJ for a full weekend spin classes on the beach! Yes you read that correctly, you will get a chance to spin by the beach.

Registration for this pop-up class is $25 and will be held on Saturday July 23rd and Sunday July 24th at 7:30 a.m., 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. The classes will be at the Martin Bloom Community Pavilion, which is located right near the beach. While the sounds of the ocean are a nice way to relax, we all know Spin Classes aren’t about relaxation. So Body Cycle Studio will have a complete sound system set up so you can keep the intensity going!

After the class you will be so close to the ocean that you can jump right in and start that muscle recovery instantly.
