It’s no secret that the DNC is headed our way this week. Philly is about the become the epicenter of the United States for a few short days. As a runner, if you would like to take advantage of the buzz, then you should join The DNC Donkey Run.

The fun (and FREE) run will take place this Saturday, July 16th. The run will  meet at 8:00 AM in the Navy Yard and run for about 14.3 miles to the University City Philadelphia Runner  Location. What makes this run the DNC Donkey Run? During the 14 miles runners will pass by all 57 painted donkeys that have been constructed for the DNC.

When you have gotten to the finish of the 14 miles, each runner will have the chance to recover with refreshments; including beer at the post race party!
