On Saturday October 17th the Philadelphia Flyers will be hosting a 5K run at the Wells Fargo Center with a tailgate themed Family Fun area!
In addition to the run, participants can also enjoy a fun tailgate themed family fun area with games such as baggo, washers and more. Medals will be awarded to all runners as well as prizes for the top male and female runners.

This 5K will benefit the Flyers Charities, a division of Comcast-Spectacor Charities. Along with Global Spectrum Charities, Flyers Charities has contributed nearly $26 million to the following Philly based charities:
- The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP)
- The Andrew Jackson School
- The Ed Snider Youth Hockey Foundation
- Fox Chase Cancer Center
- Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society (PAWS)
