Be Well Philly Pop Up Workouts: Gotta Sign Up For Event Info
- Every month Be Well Philly hosts top secret boot camps, spin classes, shopping parties, happy hours and more just for the Be Well Philly Underground community. Join to be the first to hear about their pop-up events and get first dibs on signing up. But act fast: Many of the events have limited space, and fill up fast. Keep an eye on your inbox for alerts from us about upcoming events.
Group Workouts With November Project: Every Wednesday and Friday
- The group meets every Wednesday & Friday morning at 6:25AM for a sub 60 min workout filled with all the sweat and hugs you can handle. All fitness levels welcome and encouraged.
The Liberators: Every Monday Evening
- The Liberators are a new group in Philly that meets at Highline Park in University City every Monday at 7:30 p.m. The workouts usually start with a warm-up followed by an interval or circuit-based workout. All levels are welcomed! The workouts are primarily made up of body weight, TRX exercises and even some old tires are involved! Join their Facebook group to stay on top of the events as they happen.
